Since 2020, we have delivered Social Selling Experts at scale across more than 16 countries for 68 Dell Technologies Distributors and Partners across EMEA and CEEMETA, training more than 620 participants.Alongside this, our Thought Leadership, Executive Thought Leadership and Social Organic programmes translate expertise into measurable outcomes, including 564,126 total reach from one leadership cohort and 8,444 social media registrations generated across 23 EMEA markets. We do far more than execute communications. We design the strategic foundations that make organisations visible, credible and influential.

Who’s behind it
We work across leadership, marketing, sales and subject matter expert functions, which allows us to build programmes that are not only strategically sound, but also operationally effective. We advise, structure and implement initiatives that help organisations build Authority Signals systematically, align internal teams and create stronger commercial conditions for growth. This cross-functional model is also embedded in our Authority Signals Strategy approach, which connects people, content and channels into one coherent system of influence.

How we work
In Thought Leadership, we combine executive positioning, focused content strategy, publishing discipline and intentional network building to turn expertise into measurable authority. In Social Organic, we create operating models that connect central strategy with local execution at scale. For Dell Technologies Forum FY26, we designed and coordinated a programme across 23 EMEA markets and 23 events, delivering 390 localised posts, 156 marketing assets, 92 activation emails and training for 505 employees. The programme generated 8,444 registrations from social media, delivered 30.1% year-on-year growth, and increased social media’s share of total registrations from 13% to 15%.
